JOHNSON JAYEOLA
Director
Mr Johnson Jayeola is a seasoned chemist, industrial researcher and climate actioneer. He has extensive professional experience in effecting HSE compliance, clean energy research and development, quality control and quality assurance in the power and energy sector.
He bagged a Master of Technology in Analytical Chemistry and Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Chemistry from the Federal University of Technology Akure. He has about 19 professional qualifications in HSE, energy, power and quality control certified locally and internationally.
He has gained top expertise from working with about four companies in the power and energy industry spanning across ten years of professional experience. He consults for several firms in academics, power and energy sector.
He is a member of multiple international networks like ResearchGate, Global Sustainable Futures (Nigeria Coordinator) and a member of RECLAIM Network Plus. He is also a member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON).
OSCAR ORIGHO
Financial Controller
Mr Origho Oscar is member of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an astute accountant with hands on experience in functional areas of finance, banking, taxation, and accounting.
He holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Nigeria, and has taken several courses from McKinsey and Company, and the Corporate Finance Institute.
He has previously worked as portfolio manager and credit analyst, as well as with the revenue consultant for the Lagos state government, as well as on several state and federal tax audits.
Operations Superintendent
Dr. Ogundele Olusola is a versed and and an active industrial and academic researcher with key competency in environmental remediation, waste water treatment, conversion of waste to energy to mention a few.
His educational history includes Bsc Industrial Chemistry (University of Ilorin, Nigeria), MTech Analytical Chemistry (Federal University of Technology Akure, Nigeria) and
PhD Analytical Chemistry (Federal University of Technology Akure, Nigeria).
He is a member of relevant academic and professional bodies in his field both locally and internationally(Chemical Society of Nigeria, Health and Safety Authority Ireland, ResearchGate).
He has attended various conferences and has several paper presentations to his name. He has won several awards in his field of studies with over 10 publications in both national and international reputable journal.
Company Secretary & HR
Aina Bukola Adewale is a Legal Practitioner and the Company Secretary/Human Resources Manager.
She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019 and currently runs her Masters degree in Energy/Maritime Law at the University of Abuja, FCT, Nigeria . She bagged a Bachelors degree in Law also from the University of Abuja, Nigeria.
Bukola is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association with over 5 years of experience in legal-related services and extensive knowledge in company secretarial and administrative services. An experienced legal consultant with cognate experience in due diligence, legal advisory services, legal drafting & review, corporate & business law, she consults with many organisations on corporate governance, compliance and associated issues.
